For those wondering about what strategy we’ll take with the R/S… we do not have a decision made. It will either expire in May or it will be amended before it expires.
An R/S will eventually be necessary to get off the OTCPINK. We just don’t know when (and how) our departure from the OTCPINK will happen, except to say that it won’t be before the expiration date of the current R/S window next month (for obvious reasons - the stock price is too low.)

What we do know is that our business model and business strategy these past few years is working very well, and we will continue to stay focused on that… knowing that eventually our balance sheet growth will align with our departure strategy from the OTCPINK.
