Yes sounds about right. Mine had a one year lock where I couldn’t sell. So I paid .01 in the private placement Stock went to .095 I was counting my money for a year. (6.5 million shares ). By the time I could get it registered and sold after that year restriction it was .017. Still made a few bucks but live and learn.
