The Form 1-Z is exit report for the Reg A filing where the company was trying to raise $20 million at $0.20 per share. From the financials it doesn't look like they raised any money.

The Form 1-Z isn't a big deal it is required by the SEC.

Companies like Maverick file a Reg A for pumping purposes only.
