Sharp doesn't have access to capital to be in the energy sector - he would need access to over $100 million to be a small player in the oil and gas business.

Sharp has been a disaster as the CEO of FORW - in 4 years he still hasn't generated any revenue.

The number 50 ranked oil and gas company is Marathon Oil and in 2022 they had revenue of $8.04 Billion.

Maverick is another OTC scam that doesn't report to the SEC. Plus they don't have enough capital to drill a cavity.

Sharp is going to have huge problems with the SEC.
