Penny, after a number of PRs that fail to achieve it's purpose in the designated time, and failed goals in the designated time, one MUST consider that the PR's and guidance are false, delayed, not transparent and honest.
This is exactly why, I believe, that AABB is not issuing numerous PR's . That are showing patterns of not delivering what they say, in the time they say it.
= less than trustworthy.
