OTC Companies trading below a penny have no business dreaming about uplisting to the NASDAQ. For pitty sake, try sustaining a nickle pps trading value first. Focus on strengthening company financials, shareholder value (retail) and don’t dilute shareholder value. Having shareholder trust and confidence is critical. Following through with hints and insinuations of liquidity events speaks volumes….and not doing so speaks volumes as well.

I’m disappointed….
