Both the Avalon Bay & Intel positions look like they both went to BlackRock since BlackRock are listed as holders for approximately the same percentage or value.
This Vanguard valuation seems speculative and not marked to market; consequently, I don't understand the application of their valuation.
Why post these transactions? Were the positions closed with proceeds distributed to Senior claim holders or not?
As far as Vanguard, what is the reason they would post a value for a security position that has not been marked to market?
That is my understanding.
