How is the RegA going??

As per Mattyboy in his seemingly drunken staff zoom call:

WHERE are the millions of dollars Mattyboy?? Were these lies or are you too stupid to fully comprehend what you were saying?? or too stupid to understand that sophisticated investors aren't going to buy this crap?

How much have you raised oh great CEO?? Who's fault is it that you probably haven't raised squat??? The auditors fault still?? Why would an auditor not be able to finish an audit like this?? Maybe there are too many sketchy transactions going on?? Maybe some fraud?? Maybe they aren't being paid?? Maybe they aren''t even being tasked with the work that Mattyboy says he is waiting for??

Plain and simple people, I think this is a FRAUD!!

What else can explain all of the inconsistencies?? Are the employees paid upto date now? What about the alleged refunds to these 600-1000 customers that one of the other insiders here posted about?? Right there there is between $$250,,000 and a half a million dollars in money that someone needs to pay!!

Think that these people are going to roll over and let a punk with an inch long 'unit' continue to stick it to them???

Mattyboy and Daddy Mark and momma easy bake are going to have to pay out on this disaster for years to come!! The lawsuits, the unpaid wages, the unpaid refunds,, legal fees for defending potential civil and criminal claims??
Does Mattyboy even comprehend the shit-show he will be facing if this company face-plants??
How many weeks do we think this company has before it implodes from the weight of its own debt??
