Hey Duke and Scooter first off thank you for being the realist on this board but I hope what you are saying is not true. I would be shocked if management sold us longs down the river so poorly. If so, a major lawsuit for negligence and not acting on our best interest would be in play. That being said I do not understand why you are spending so much time "warning" us on our supposed bad decision for staying invested in $NB?? I appreciate the warning if you believe we have been swindled or taken advantage of. I am just trying to figure out your angle in all of this. Are you trying to warn us? What do you get out of this? Should we all sell our shares and move on immediately?? Do you know something that most of us do not?? Do you have evidence that Mark and team are doing something nefarious?? Please let me know because I am heavily invested and cannot afford another stock disaster. Thanks for all your hard earned DD all these years. I am more impressed that you own zero shares of $NioCorp but still hang around to let us know about the impending doom that is upon us.
FYI, Has anyone sent Mark, Jim or Scott this information below to see if this all true? They have never responded to me so I would like to hear from the horses mouth if all possible.
"If Scooter's analysis is correct, this merger might be the biggest ripoff to a shareholder base in corporate history. GXII management was given over 8 million shares for a price of 25,000 dollars. They provided the uplist but only .055% on potential money for Niocorp.
Long time shareholders took all the risk and received a decapitation in return. Might be some questions for investors still holding sizable positions to ask management whenever they see fit to hold a CC. To the posters here who dismiss anyone with a negative view of what has been transpired, let those numbers sink in. You lost 90% of your shares and GX made over 50+ million. They had to close down in March and yet this merger transpired. Whoever mediated this train wreck deserves an Oscar.
