on paper, you don't lose anything from a rs, but usually a rs is a sign of something bad. i.e. pps drops below listing requirements, massive dilution etc... and people will sell shares because of this. it's the sell-off that cause the price to fall. apes won't sell after the rs so it won't be a bad thing. and with less shares, it will be harder to find shares to short. if the pps drops it will because of naked selling on the new shares and arbitrage profit taking.

just hodl before and after the rs, wait for the moass soon after. remember ape and amc will have to be closed out, billions and billions per carl sagan.
