In March 2022 they revised their offering to .003. There were originally 300M offered but only 28M were sold. So 272M left as of 3/22.
I didn’t give much thought of it when the Aether connection came about. But if the recently issued shares are part of the offering, the stock will fall back to around .003 or just under till we get any news.
The sad part is if they canceled that offering, we could have seen exponential appreciation the way the stock was rallying. Sadder that I was adding on the run and didn’t think of the offering until the shares were issued. Good Luck to us all!
