It's very easy to bash a tiny OTC company having fnancial trouble,WISH (was $25.00) just announced a 1/30- R/S ..CB Credit Swiss is under $1.00 and in big trouble...PCTL is an OTC company trying to survive a very though world wide economy,bashing it is like kicking a child while down...At 0.0013- 0.0015 I'M BUYING ALL I CAN BECAUSE 0.002- 0.0025 WILL BE HERE.THE COMPANY HAS SOME MONETARY ISSUES BUT MGMT IS WORKING TO SOLVE THEM...WE SHALL SEE...... AT 0.002 0.0025 I WILL MAKE A TON OF MONEY..JMHO
