…what makes $GMZP special, is that Mr. Carnes has found a clean shell to merge a private company into. Huge. Never gets old, especially as we all try to find other stocks to trade or invest in….on any exchange Naz, OTC and Dow….and most all dilute…most all have convertible shares or Promissory Notes pending..…..but not here wooohoooo!: (yes, its ok to get a little excited about this):

Again: no dilution going on 9 months (!) …..

But there is something else extremely good for GMZP….that is very rare to see in OTC - or any other exchange…:

Look at their most recent filings too guys……that shows something extremely rare and also welcome to us jaded OTC traders and investors….that magical ‘X’ covers the one box we wished EVERY stock did….but almost never happens…thats right, no chance for ANY debt securities to dump, no chance for ANY promissory and convertible notes to dump, as there are not any yes!:

So even if you sell out all here or flip…i dont blame you for still looking, lurking and perhaps wanting to get back in…….cause you know the above is RARE…..and at least gives you and all us a fair and level trading filed. Not the usual convertible/dilution minefield thats out there to get you……………so shell-shocked you may come back, thinking ‘why did i ever leave?’

All this and we have the hottest/best OTC merger specialist in the OTC w Mr. Carnes: seriously, what is not to like here? Still waiting for any good and logical contrarian opinions …..all the other babbling is honestly like 3 year old complaints, lol
