AMC shares will absolutely crater post R/S. They will not be able pay off all the $5 billion with an equity raise. They could limp along, with shareholders destroyed. AMC Shorty's hard work pays off, as he returns from the office, to his wife and 2.1 kids, 1.3 dogs, 0.8 cats, in his brick stucco house in the 'burbs with a Ford hybrid in the driveway.
