Wade hasn't been convicted of anything. He hasn't been "convicted of fraud, embezzlement and theft" so stop telling lies. Locking him up will do nothing for VCSY shareholders except maybe make you feel good. "The guy we have" isn't even a poddle, he's a neutered chihuahua. They took more money, and have accomplished virtually nothing. They won't even tell you what's happening. There's no reason they couldn't be running the business and getting the stock re-listed, but they're too obsessed with the lawsuits against Wade and others. They have no clue what they're doing, nor what supposed "technology" VCSY has. If there's really something there, why can't they be licensing it? Because there ain't.
