Purty much as expected. When it was stated that the AUSA needed two 2TB external drives to produce the evidence, it was purty clear that the original timeline for trial was going to slip baddly. Even the current date might slip.

Butt, in DaEnde, Foley-Coyote will be in DaHole for the remainder of his miserable life.

WHilst some folks claimed Foley-Coyote had mega munny squirreled away, it should be clear to all by now that the now-evicted apartment-dweller with ratty old cars and a public defender lawyer is brokeass. He will be very lucky if Lease-A can even throw a few shekels in Foley-Coyote's commissary account every few munffs in DaHole. He may be doin' laundry and favors for other DaHoleys in order to earn munny for ramen and a candy bar.

THREE WEEKS for trial? Hell, I can't spend three whole weeks in Chicago to watch the circus. I will have to CONsult with the USA office in Chitown on scheduling so I can just go for those days that will have the most inneresting stuph - like BENNIE on the stand, and JEFFY, and possibly LEASE-A (marital privilege notwithstanding) - or best yett DaFoley-FelonCoyote himself because he will Shirley have to take the stand and try to 'splain why he stole DaMunny. This is one of those cases where the defendant almost certainly has to choose to take the witless stand and try to wave his hands and flap his gums. I wanna be there for that act furShirley - should be towards the very end of the trial.
