A judge rules that Elizabeth Holmes cannot remain free during appeal

We can expect the same for Schena. May 1 most likely he will be denied a new trial and a new sentence date will be set. Once complete I'm sure he will follow the Balwani/Holmes pattern of appeals.

It's been a very slow process but the wheels are turning. Time is running out. And for some, their time is just beginning.
