There is a similar case being tried out of Chicago, ticker DECN. CEO claimed to have a 15 second test. Naturally it didn't work, but he pumped the stock for personal gain, and was a prolific poster under an alias on his IHUB board. In any event, if pled guilty, the doj was offering him 9.5 years in the slam.

But he did not commit health care fraud.
