On December 02, 2021, the Company offered to issue $250,000 in Simple Agreements for
Future Equity (the "Crowd SAFEs"), through a crowdfunding financing transaction under
Regulation Crowdfunding of the Securities Act of 1933 (the "Regulation CF Transaction"). The
proceeds of the financing will be used to fund working capital, product development and growth.
As at December 31, 2022, the Company has not issued any of those notes it offered to issue
