Have to respectfully disagree here. Shareholders continued to buy because UDF continued to state that legal problems were all behind them and audited statements were imminent. Shareholders would have been better protected by a second enforcement case naming board as well and barring Holly et al from association with public company rather than an abrupt deregistration with no notice of timing.
