Here is the actual document of the agreement between Bright Green and the DEA. This is not an actual license but a conditional agreement.

If I read this correctly, it allows Bright Green to operate under guidlines as stated while their license application is under review.

It's good for 1 year and will auto-renew each year up to 4 years unless cancelled by BG or the DEA.
