The shares will never be registered or trade again, they are shares in a private company and that private company (LAHO) is buying them back. This transaction has nothing to do with the SEC the only reason you need your broker is to verify the # of shares you own.

Never, LAHO is disbanded and no longer an operational company. They will never trade publicly again. Laho is only active to finish this final payout and they are done. My best guess is within the next 2 weeks this payout goes live.

We have made no announcements of any kind that would indicate any attempt to go public again. We did try after we were delisted, but it was not worth it.
