…over the years on iHub we have seen many many RM’s…..but not so many merged into a clean shell (read latest filings there are no converts or debt or Promissory Notes thus thats why no dilution), with the hottest Custodian in the OTC at same time.

Sharpe was last time that happened (though wasnt a clean shell) - and now we here at GMZP have Carnes…., and we all know what tsnp did by now…meaning the person setting up the deal is as important ..or dare say more important then the clean shell or even the revenue of the incoming merging company (Humble was a startup almost no revs at time of merge).
