I don't think the Cinemark deal is going on. Just like the Amazon buyout never happened. It's people pumping AMC shares for a few pennies in daytrade.
APE turning into AMC is coming get ready for it if you are in denial. The votes are in and nothing can stop this Arbitrage from happening now. The judge has no jurisdiction over Co policy or action.
Fraud is being committed on a massive level in Wallstreet. If judges do nothing to stop that, why would they stop company actions. you all are delusional if you believe this judge is going to overturn company policy or action just to make you a few dollars.
