Not defensive, just suggesting that you look deeper than the filing you are waiting on. I dug through every single oil & gas company in the OTC in 2020-21. There are plenty that are fake and full of BS with what they say.

I also agree management/ceo needs to be on the ball and get filings out properly and on time to change the narrative about him, it’s always been the biggest issue the past 3 years
