The company makes revenue for oil sales and puts that money back into workovers. Not everything requires dilution.

On a side note, What is the purpose of being public if you cannot raise capital? Does anyone ever think about that? Every public company does it. These are start up companies… it’s hilarious that people just think revenues fall from the sky or something
