and back patting and cheesy silly feel good nonsense
that desperate people entertain

PS..........
Someone I know had a pretty hairy near miss in traffic...
it genuinely was a bad situation....
now even still more than 20 minutes after
this "CHILD of the MOST HIGH GOD" was so shaken
they had tears in their eyes, was goddaming the naughty over and over....
and literally still shaking.....from it..........

bit my tongue which wanted to say
But you would've gone to be with Jesus....!!!
and ended all your suffering here!!!

oh yes, it would've definitely been an ending of life here
had it happened....to the detriment of most of those involved
including a head on with a fully loaded Tractor Trailer rig on
a blind curve........

No gratefulness for having survived the near miss....
it was a situation where you just listened and kept your mouth shut....

which is why am reminded of it on this day....
The Fear of Death had quite overcome that person.....
and the message of today....is well.....quite the opposite.......

If you're gonna say you're a Christian.....
you need to really be one.....in ALL facets of being one...
especially where humility and compassion are concerned....
especially compassion.....cuz that's what's most important......
according to Paul who was Saul......

and not be judgmental and condemning of others...
kinda doubt 1st Century Christians were that way......
mebbe it was a good thing they didn't have bibles to hit people over the head with
or spout it at others.....because they had something in their hearts
that was so much greater than that.....

Supposed to be an outpouring of Spirit in the last days
which some are so quick to say we're in.....
what haven't seen is that outpouring, but rather instead....
something so awful it verges on the precipice of hatred...
just as awful as some of the other stuff we see from the nasties....

when ruled by Pride and Anger (which is obviously NOT Righteous Anger)
proven by those who are on the receiving end of it....
what's most important is forgotten.....as if foolishly cast aside......

So encourage all who say they believe in Jesus
to think about what have said....

and for you Modern Day Pharisees and Sadducees.....
Stick it where the sun don't shine.....
because the rest of the planet is blatantly tired and weary of
your self righteous bullshit.
