All too quiet or depressed
PPs is on the precipice of a cliff or very near a bottom.
AR 8, UP is near 0, needs to hit 0 and then reverse UP to 90, at the same time, the DN red needs to move towards 0.

News of a some significance adding value will inject fuel, and a billion buys can light it up. Target 0022, then 0068
