Think they were just juicing up the share price for insiders to sell and when the SEC demanded financials to continue trading , there was no income to show or any hint of assets or capital to disclose . As a result ,trading halted . That’s pretty obvious now despite all the articles constantly being released to deflect any scrutiny .
