I watched Level II during the drop and MMM started it...
The stock was at 0.041 and giving all indications of going higher. Then, MMs started dropping the price while trades of higher than ask were going through. They did this until the price reached 0.035 or so. By that time, investors were spooked and began selling. The important point is that the drop was initiated by market makers manufacturing the drop by lowering the ask on buys. Investor selling did not initiate the drop, MMM did.
