Dear Judge Sullivan:
In the related matter of Jean Mork Bredeson v. Service 800, Inc. and Beyond Commerce, Inc.
Hennepin Court File No. 27-CV-20-3476, the parties recently mediated with Judge Larson.
Settlement discussions continue, and the parties have jointly asked Judge Klein for a later trial date.
Based on this development, the parties jointly request the Court postpone the April 7, 2023 hearing
on the cross-motions for summary judgment. The parties have also granted each other joint,
indefinite extensions for their opposition/reply submissions in hopes of a settlement in the Service
800 case.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should the Court have any questions; or, wish the parties to
proceed differently in any regard. I will, of course, copy all counsel on this communication.

emails dated 4/3/2023, to extend the taken under advisement period for Plaintiff’s Motion for
Summary Judgment an additional 46 days to 5/22/2023. In the interest of facilitating settlement
negotiations between the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. That the under advisement period for the Court’s Order on Plaintiff’s Motion for
Summary Judgment be extended to May 22, 2023.
