Family does a great job on the Litigation Calendar and we are all very appreciative!

The good outcome this week is that we will have a decision from the 5th Circuit in 2023!

I'm not sure whether or not 'we will have a decision from the 5th Circuit in 2023', simply because one of the issues to be decided appears to be the unconstitutional funding mechanism in Collins.

As that matter is up for review next term in SCOTUS, it would seem unusual for the 5th Circuit Appealate Court to decide that issue in Collins in 2023 and subsequently the SCOTUS rules differently, wouldn't it?

Multi Billion dollar litigation just takes time, especially when your adversary has virtually unlimited resources and time.
