A) You are doing a dishonest job reading this appeal. Since this is an appeal brief, you have to look at the original case filing where prayer for relief is clearly spelt out, and in the Bhatti prayer for relief section, just like Collins and Rop, they are asking for senior pfd to be wiped out either via write down or conversion of LP to common due to the unconstitutional removal provision violation. There are also several references to a remedy wiping out the liquidation preference either via write down or converting the LP to common shares in this appeal as well.

"But, on appeal, like in Collins, shareholders ask only for relief effecting
a zeroing out of Treasury’s liquidation preference or converting of Treasury’s senior
preferred stock to common stock."

"The requested relief is straightforward: The liquidation preference is either zero or it is not. See
App. 126; R. Doc. 87, at 46. An order compelling Treasury to convert its preferred stock to common stock is similarly straightforward.."

B) You also ignore the elephant in the room, the Collins, Bhatti, and Rop cases are all being litigated by Cooper & Kirk, which are entirely funded by JPS holders. If there is a settlement offer that benefits JPS over common (such as the conversion option they are REQUESTING, they will take it and wont think twice about common). These are the people you are in bed with.

If you really think a) plaintiffs arent asking for conversion to common, or b) these plaintiffs wont be ok screwing common shareholders, you are simply incorrect on both. I wont respond to you anymore because I keep having to repeat my self over and over and you keep choosing to ignore and face the reality of these cases, what they are asking for (conversion), and whose funding them / where their interest aligns (100% jps). It is foolish for a common shareholder to be rooting for Bhatti/Collins/Rop plaintiffs.
