Yep, name change, ticker symbol change, cusip change which will force shorts to cover. Sounds really good. My only hesitation is the previous RSs I've gone thru. They never seem to hold their new value once the split is complete. Not in the OTC anyway. And I'm almost positive they will do the RS so the share structure is set the way they want it, and it's done so they can move on with new business.
