AGYP has been stuck in this low range because nothing has actually happened yet, meaning bitcoin mining actually in operation. Notices and schedules do nothing more than build up the anticipated speculation, so until the project is up and operating it will continue to show a slow upward gain. Once the operation starts we should see some siginifient movement to the upside. Believe what you want, I think those who aren't in on this are going to be unhappy about the amount of profit that they could have made. To each their own.
