that sucks.........At least you don't have 4-6 feet of snow to deal with
and hopefully....it doesn't rain on you.......

plus then you get the fun of gov't AND a pita neighbor....
of a client and likely.....small claims court

some people just have to show their ass.....think it's inn (pun intended)
their nature..........just heard they're gonna raise our rates AGAIN
they asked for input

told 'em they just made the most expensive form of alternative affordable
that I could solar and pay it off in 10 years and be off the grid without them
yeah...our local coop went bonkers with alternative crap
put up a wind generator that will take 85 years to pay off
it runs on avg at 110% and there will be maintenance on top of it...

can't fix stupid
