$HDUP - Mark is owner of a company. I'd have to look it up but it's GG World Lottery and a few others that being with "GG".

Do you want to play Lotteries around the world? They have one lottery that begins with a payout of $100 mil.

I'm guessing he's focused on something "Global" and that's likely why we'll see HeadsUp Global as the surviving entity, trading on Nasdaq. Here is the site:

https://lottopark.com/play/gg-world/

If you go back and look at the little video they did last August and he gave an interview on YouTube a few years ago where he was and I think, still is very focused on the "Global" view.

over 90% of Powerball tickets are "analog". Someone goes to a place selling tickets and they buy one. He seems to keep harping on this change, it has to be something you can do from your office or kitchen table (meaning digital). LottoPark seems to be the vehicle.

I saw the video on YouTube from last November, it was about Charity funding using gaming/lottery games, etc. Mark was on it and he said something that I thought was meaningful: "The challenge in building a successful lottery game is that the government let's you do all the work and then if it's successful (generates a lot of income) they take it over".

He suggested that would be harder for them to do if the company was a Global one. Which country would be able to say..." oh that's in our country if it's operating around the Globe without a centralized headquarters. I think that's why you'll see HDUP trade on Nasdaq but also on the AIM in London and maybe on an Asian exchange later on. Just a guess on my part but we need to begin thinking Globally, they've been saying that for some time.
