~~> IFQJ .0008 x 1,700,000 = 1,360,000 nano

PQLResearch, again let me say that your disclaimer does nothing but garner my respect for you. Way to be so in your face transparent. Why can't more companies, bashers, and promoters do the same?

That said... let's get it on. lol

A great friend and teacher taught me to be very leary of any nano or micro with an o/s over 1B. Of course, this is not a rule, but a guide. To me, at any level, the share structure is the investment. The shoe has to fit foot, or it just won't work. Since eventually the pps with be a multiple of the EPS, then the o/s has to be in a rate that will produce a reasonable multiple.

Now I do not know anything about IFQJ, but can they show reasonable revenue projections that will justify an o/s of close to 2B? I know they can say they are going to eventually buy shares back.... and they may, but was it poor management to let it get so out of whack to begin with? I know of other companies that have done 504 offers, and yet have kept their o/s less than 200 mil. Any idea of how many restricted shares are held by management, especially the CEO?

Thanks, because this is what the NC Fight Club is all about.
