American International Holdings Corp (AMIH)

I’ve been in this stock for years and am familiar with Cycle Energy, which is the company that just rolled into AMIH.

I am waiting patiently to see what assets and technology Mike actually brought with him to AMIH and what he left to Andreas Roussos and the last holding company XFLS.

In particular the hydrogen and biofuels businesses he was working on at XFLS.

Like I mentioned in a previous post XFLS (Cycle Energy) hit a high of $.088 with an OS of 473 million shares. AMIH has 194 million outstanding, producing revenues and we sold the Canadian assets for $1.12 million in December 2022.

We also had a drilling rig and work over vehicles in our capital inventory.

I’m thinking this company is worth $.10-.12 low end and up to $.17-.20 as she sits. But we won’t know until McLaren and Cohen sort this out and put out some details and financials.

Remember, corpotate just relocated from Canada in the last few months but we have had boots on the ground in Texas for 4-5 months.

I’m buying low .004s and if I get .003’s I’ll be ecstatic!
