I think most people are here for the possibility of a good merger but I sincerely doubt most here didn't buy in only to sell before news one way or the other about the merger. (Nothing is for CERTAIN, but hasn't the CEO gotten mergers twice previously?) But, yeah, it's a gamble. Go figure.

Valid point. Look at PLPL, 2 failed mergers so far. Going on the third now and stock price goes nowhere due to no confidence that it will go through. Could have sold the highs but didn’t. Now I sit and wait again.

So what will happen to the pps if the next merger attempt succeeds there? Boom? So maybe the third time's a charm? Who knows? But one thing is certain, you have to be in it to win it. As the saying goes.
