I'm not a lawyer and I don't know how far the court can go related to Plaintiff's suit and settlement that AMC proposed....we have a difference of opinion and I'm thinking court will dismiss Allegheny's case but I also understand anything could happen when it comes to AMC....there is so much manipulation and agenda's it's a far cry where justice is served related to amc in the market place for one.....JMO
