The courts denial obviously puts a pril 27 into play for rendering decision on alleghany's claim a d settlement agreement.. Imo ape shares will plummet and amc will go up tad despite high borrowi g percentage on short shares....Amc has earnings report first week may imo this delay will play poorly on financials....Amc will be forced to sell more ape before earnings to shore up balance sheet jmo. Imo this delay is win for shorts but again just another opinion.....my concern for amc is to shore up their financials , eliminate debt and service on their debt and be cash positive how they achieve this is AA task and if it be thru r/s so be it. As shareholder it doesn't matter if I have ton amc stock at $5 or 1/2 ton at 50$ the fact of matter their needs to be process to approach financial solvency and bury bankruptcy thesis that is what matters to me related to company which will make stock investment in amc profitable
