These guys been issuing stock like drunken sailors, as previously noted.

Gonna blow thru 3 billion O/S soon, then continue the march to 5 billion then 7 billion...

Oh well, no biggie.

No business, no revenues, no contracts.

But a never-ending parade of share-issuance. Then R/S. Then sell the shell.
