Just proved more information posted incorrectly.... The following was posted on 4/03/2023 , post # 111534 in a post to Jessica Lockett"

"Instead of using Wyoming Statute Title 17-16-1003, Discovery Minerals Ltd. should of used Wyoming Statute Title 17-16-1005"

This is refering to their incorporation in Wyoming!!!

Here is what the Wyoming Papers say..:

"5. Approval of the amendment: (Please check only one appropriate field to indicate the party approving the amendment.)"

"X Shares were issued and the board of directors has adopted the amendment without shareholder approval, in compliance with W.S. 17-16-1005."

It was all filed under 1005 which he is claiming that they didn't do!!!

This information is in the Wyoming Secretary of State records for Discovery Minerals, DSCR. and is accessable online for anyone who want to look them up.....

So, more disinformation (lie) that has been corrected. CHECK IT OUT!!!
