It's sure did, and it did it with an O/S of 188M shares, not the 1Billion or more that are out now. This has no hope of reaching .001 IMO. However, you may be able to flip it to the gamblers or uninformed.

I've seen this many times before, however with the volume and the track record of this crook, I would not get anybody's hopes up.

Did it not run to $.02 recently?
