Obviously some didn't learn their lesson with Halo.
An IPO rocketing from $31 to >20¢ in a matter of months wasn't enough of a clue?
What would the merging of two worthless scams accomplish?
There is no Halo Tek, ergo no Halo Tek shares.
The insider who pushed for the ousting of mgmt. should file a class-action if he's got any $$$ left. There's clearly been gross mismangement and negligence which severely harmed investors.
