Yes. Should have allowed for far less dilution 2 years ago when AMC shares had been manipulated up to ridiculous levels and were selling in the $40 - $50+ range. Would not have required issuance of so many new shares and thus would have resulted in far less dilution. Not to mention that had that occurred back then there would have been no need for the Preferred APE issuance as a workaround, and none of what is going on now with the conversion and Reverse Split would ever have occurred or been necessary.
