I disagree about jail. Pennyland/OTC are for startup companies that enter to raise funds for their business plans/products. PCTL's funds are dismal, to the point they don't even have $$$ to file their fins, so the future here looks dismal.
Unfortunately for PCTL and it's shareholders Gary Grieco has 2 strikes so far. Agriculture (lol) will be the 3rd strike. Guess what happens when there's 3 strikes?
