Problem is no one wants to do business with, or buy, or invest money into a small start up
with a lawsuit of any kind, and IMO the only real reason for the lawsuit is bargaining power, a form of extortion tactic, to force a 'lets make deal' over a a prior judgment from a prior failed court attack on JB that JB won on a separate suit that went badly for sharpie gate, all IMO....

Thus, IMO, the silence....

The fact we are still OTC current says a lot.
