Investing is a little like golf...you have to study the terrain as one part of game....and when one invests one needs to do proper DD and understand the financial goals, objective of the investment, one's emotional limits and the inner workings of the company especially evaluating the management of the company....and after proper DD one comes to the conclusion whether a particular investment is the right decision.
